Translational Science

Translational science in child and adolescent mental health aims to bridge the gap between basic research findings and clinical applications. This approach is particularly important in understanding how neurodevelopmental processes relate to mental health outcomes in youth. Translational research in areas such as genetics, neuroimaging, and biomarkers holds promise for developing more targeted interventions for mental health disorders in children and adolescents.
